Laurens Vehmeijer is a Senior Consultant / Head of Product Development and was one of the first hires of the Studyportals Analytics & Consulting Team in 2015. His responsibilities include providing universities and other organisations involved in higher education with a variety of consulting services, such as marketing and recruitment strategies, market research and training. His specialisation is innovation, research and data analysis as well as creating interactive market research dashboards. These dashboards allow higher education institutions and other organisations to interactively explore the actionable data they need for informed decision making on strategic, tactical and operational levels. Laurens is a certified Tableau associate.
He has a Master of Science in Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences as well as a Master in Science and Business Management from Utrecht University. His research has been published in several research articles, whitepapers and blog posts, in subjects including biomedicine, business, GDPR and more recently international education.
